If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days for exchange or store credit. Item(s) must be in their original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Please note that all special orders and furniture purchases are final sale. Caro Bambino will expedite your order(s), however supplier’s delivery times are approximate, therefore any delays do not constitute grounds for cancellations. Items purchased online may also be exchanged in store.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
If a products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
