Crib days are coming to an end? The Fawn conversion kit transforms your crib into a day-bed style toddler bed. Extending the life of your crib you can simply change one of the crib sides and use as a bed for your growing toddler.

• Mattress must be at least 27 1/4"W x 51 5/8"L and 4-6" thick
• Easily converts back to the Fawn crib
• Made to accommodate US, CANADIAN, AUSTRALIAN and KOREAN cribs
