We take your privacy seriously. We will not sell, trade or rent your information to anyone. This information will be used solely to inform you of new products, promotions, events and updates on our site.
PRICING AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Prices may occasionally vary between our store and website. Web prices are for online purchasesonly, and cannot be guaranteed in-store. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at anincorrect price, Caro Bambino reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Caro Bambino reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Caro Bambino shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
THIRD PARTY LINKS
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Caro Bambino may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Caro Bambino, Caro Bambino has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Caro Bambino. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Caro Bambino seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for site sit links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
SHIPPING, PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivery estimates are based on shipping time plus order processing time. Regular orders are processed and shipped within 3-5business days and may arrive in multiple boxes on different days.  Saturdays and Sundays are not considered normal delivery days. Saturday Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.If Overnight Delivery is desired, it is recommended that you call 310-399-7971 after placing your order to ensure same-day processing.  After Hours, please leave a message. Overnight Delivery may not be possible for orders placed after 3pm Pacific Standard Time. The cost of your shipment is dependent upon the delivery option chosen, as well as the weight, dimensions and value of the items purchased. A signature is required for all deliveries. The DeliverySignature cannot be waived. If a package is found undeliverable due to the actions of the purchaser(negligence in communicating with delivery service, incorrect address, suite number or phone number),the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the delivery address. The purchaser is also responsible for all shipping costs to and from Caro Bambino for exchanges and/or edited orders.Please report any and all shipping damages to Caro Bambino immediately. All packaging and packing materials must be retained. Caro Bambino cannot be held responsible for shipping damages not reported within 48 hours of receipt. A claim must be filed with the delivery service for any and all shipping damages. We offer free shipping for purchases over USD $100.00, excluding products in SALE and FURNITURE.
Larger, heavier items such as furniture or strollers may be subject to an additional shipping and handling fee beyond those provided by the website to cover extra shipping or freight costs. Items weighing over 150lbs will not be charged shipping by the website,but the purchaser should expect to be contacted by a member of the Caro Bambino staff with the shipping total. Please keep in mind that freight costs for furniture can be hundreds of dollars. Expedited delivery services may not be available for larger, bulky items.Local customers can arrange for in-home delivery and set-up of their furniture for an additional fee.
We do not ship big items to PO Boxes
***Free shipping promotions are for inside US only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Â Furniture is also excluded in free shipping promotions.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your item and be so happy with your shopping experience that you tell all your friends! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30days for exchange or store credit. Item(s) must be in their original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Please note that all special orders and furniture purchases are final sale. Caro Bambino will expedite your order(s), however supplier’s delivery times are approximate, therefore any delays do not constitute grounds for cancellations. Items purchased online maybe exchanged in store.
Please call or email our customer service department at info@carobambino.com with your order number, item description and reason for the return or exchange. We will issue you a ReturnAuthorization Number (RA#), which must be written on the outside of the return shipping container. Refunds can only be offered in the case that an item is found to be a manufacturer defect and no suitable replacement can be obtained.All return packages must be sent via UPS, FedEx or Registered mail. We cannot beheld responsible for items lost by delivery services, and recommend that you insure all deliveries for the value of the item.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Because of the popularity of certain items, we occasionally find ourselves backordered on things ordered online. In addition, some items are sometimes shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, items ordered together may not necessarily arrive together. This will not affect your shipping charges. You will be notified by phone or email if there are any shipping delays.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or cancellations on special or custom ordered items. Special orders are items that are tailored to customers’ specifications or items offered by our suppliers not normally stocked or carried in our store. Caro Bambino attempts to expedite all orders, but occasionally items are out of stock. Suppliers’ delivery times are approximate, and therefore a reasonable delay in delivery does not constitute grounds for order cancellation.On occasion, items advertised on CaroBambino.com are found to be discontinued or otherwise unavailable. In that event, you will be contacted by an employee of Caro Bambino either via email or telephone and we will assist you in finding a comparable replacement product. If a comparable replacement product cannot be agreed upon, you will be refunded for the requested item and the rest of your order will be shipped accordingly.
