Refund policy
We want you to love your item, but if you're not completely satisfied, take a look at our policies:
- Returns must be within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging, and in perfect, unused condition.
- You may choose Exchange or Store Credit. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@carobambino.com explaining you situation.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Special Orders and Furniture purchases are all final sale.
As a family owned business, we are always willing to work with our customers to find the best solution to each situation.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
