We hope you love your Caro purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original form of payment.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and with original packaging and tags, where applicable.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your order information and reason for return. 

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will apply.

Final Sale: Large gear, furniture, and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
